Content designed to facilitate fraud, phishing, identity theft, financial scams, or any form of deceptive scheme intended to cause financial or personal harm to others.

2.4 Circumvention of Legal Obligations

Using the Service to circumvent legal obligations, evade lawful court orders, obstruct justice, or defeat regulatory compliance requirements.

TreeChain will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies investigating illegal activity. We will provide all available metadata, logs, and account information in response to valid legal process.

Important note on zero-knowledge architecture: While TreeChain cooperates with law enforcement, our zero-knowledge design means we cannot access, decrypt, or produce any customer-encrypted content. We can only provide account metadata, API usage logs, and billing information.

Enforcement actions are at TreeChain’s sole discretion. We are not obligated to provide advance warning before suspending or terminating accounts that violate this policy.
